SHIPPING POLICY
Any US order over $65 will be shipped for free.
Orders process within 1-2 days of purchase, then allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.
Expedited shipping options are available, though for these types of orders or to ship to AK, HI or International please give us a call or email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Costs will vary depending on weight within your order, and what type of delivery service you choose.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As long as the item still has all its tags attached, is not a final sale item, and has not been altered, washed or worn we will be glad to process an exchange or refund within 30 days of original shipment date.
Once we receive your returned item refunds will be made with a credit back to the original credit card, minus original shipping and handling. Any return after 30 days will be eligible for online credit only for the current value of merchandise.
Just call or email us for any case where you may have received the wrong item, or if the item is damaged or defective and those items are eligible for refund, including return shipping.
Also, when returning item(s) to Majr Rajr, please include a copy of your invoice with the return/exchange portion filled out indicating reason for return and desired action.
